Psychophysiology Lab
Hauptstr. 51
69117 Heidelberg
The psychophysiology laboratory is designed as a classic electrophysiology measurement laboratory. It has a soundproof cabin (~36dB) with an experimental workstation. In this lab, a 128-channel actiCHamp Plus EEG system with active electrodes enables the measurement of electrical brain activity. A mobile 8-channel PLUX electrophysiology measurement system is available for recording peripheral measures such as heart rate, muscle activity or skin conductance. The experiment is controlled and the test persons are monitored from a workstation outside the cabin.
Psychomotor Lab
Hauptstr. 51
69117 Heidelberg
The Psychomotor Lab is designed for conducting real-world experiments. Central component of this laboratory is a combined NIRSport 2 fNIRS / 64-Kanal LiveAmp EEG system with active electrodes. The fNIRS/EEG Brain Imaging System is fully WiFi supported and can be used both in the laboratory and in the nearby surroundings of building 3011. Both components can also be used independently of each other.
Eye tracking Lab
Hauptstr. 51
69117 Heidelberg
The eye tracking lab is equipped with a Tobii eye tracker of the latest generation.
Behavioral Lab
Hauptstr. 51
69117 Heidelberg
The behavioral laboratory of the CNSR allows not only the performance of classical behavioral experiments but also the investigation of digital interactions and the additional measurement of peripheral psychophysiological parameters such as ECG, EMG or EDA and also EEG.
Interaction Lab
Hauptstr. 51
69117 Heidelberg
The Interaction Lab is designed for conducting hyperscanning interaction experiments. Researchers have access to two 32 channel brainAmp EEG systems and a Mangold observation system with three cameras to study the neuro- and periphysiological correlates of social interactions.
