Cooling down for research! 

This week, the CNSR received a new -86°C high-performance AxoFreeze 340E freezer. This enables us to preserve several thousand sensitive biological samples, such as blood, saliva and odors, for the long term. Therefore, in the CNSR can now also carry out genetic, endocrinological and olfactory studies, particularly in combination with our new 3-channel olfactometer Sniff-0.
