Unboxing the Sniff-0
As part of the appointment of Prof. Bastian Schiller, an olfactometer was acquired that is now being used for research at the CNSR. It is a state-of-the-art device with the promising name Sniff-O from the company Cynexo.
The Sniff-O makes it possible to deliver scents or odor mixtures to the nose of a subject in a precise and reproducible way, allowing researchers to measure how humans or animals respond.
